Cynthia Webster

I am a first year Master's student in the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of Connecticut. Working under Dr. Jill Wegrzyn in the Plant Computational Genomics Lab, I develop novel genome assembly and annotation pipelines and perform comparative transcriptomic analyses to broadly understand how plants and animals are impacted by environmental change.
